Due to state licensing laws, we do not purchase or sell alcohol. The client or your hired caterer/bartending service provides the beverages. We provide the stunning trailer, layout and add-on rentals to display it beautifully.

Our white-and-wood trailer requires flat ground for safe setup. If you opt for our lighting package, we will need access to a standard 110v outlet within 100ft, or we can discuss generator rental options.

Yes, The Carriage House Event Co. carries comprehensive commercial general liability insurance for our equipment and trailer setup on-site.

Because every event location and setup is unique, travel availability and delivery fees are considered individually based on distance, access, and event requirements. Our trailer interior is fully enclosed and protected from the elements. However, for outdoor events, we recommend having a backup tent or covered layout area for your guests and our add-on rentals (like the wine barrels and benches).

The primary rental is the horse trailer itself, delivered and positioned for their event, and that customers can select the blank-canvas rental or optional rental packages/add-ons.

Absolutely. The Carriage House can be rented as a blank canvas, allowing you, your planner, or decorator to personalize it for your celebration. Optional rental packages and enhancements are also available for those who would like additional pieces to complete their event.

Weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, graduation celebrations, corporate events, family gatherings, holiday parties, and other private celebrations. This is a great place to reinforce that the trailer is versatile.

We recommend reserving as early as possible, particularly for spring, summer, and fall weekends. However, we are always happy to check availability for upcoming events.

First submit an inquiry, you discuss the event and location, then a signed rental agreement and deposit/retainer secures the date. Use whatever deposit terminology you ultimately put in your contract.

Rental periods are based on the package selected and the needs of your event. We’ll review delivery, setup, event time, and pickup when preparing your rental proposal.

We need a reasonably level, accessible location with adequate clearance for delivery, maneuvering, setup, and pickup, and that you'll discuss site details before confirming the event.

A signed agreement and deposit/retainer are required and that cancellation/rescheduling terms are provided before booking.
